how many miles can you expect to get out of a jeep wrangler?

I’m looking at used Jeep Wranglers that have anywhere from 80,000 to 175,000 miles on them. I’m just wondering how many more miles I can get before an engine rebuild.

Oil change on 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee used 5W30 instead of 10W30.?

Now oil gauge jumps up to nearly 75 when accelerating. Usually goes back to about 40 when speed levels out. Could this be caused by wrong oil. Outside are temp is 50 F.
